As a Quantitative Research Engineer, you will build quantitative models for performance management, contribute to the research and development of Prdikt core technology, develop sleep, mindfulness, exercise, diet (SMED) models and more.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Contribute to the design and development of the core technology
- Create SMED models to perfect sophisticated results of Performance Capacity Prediction (PCP) - our core technology.
- Leverage advanced data science methodologies to analyse and improve Prdikt’s product
- Contribute to research on building the future of scheduling
- Collaborate proactively with the rest of Prdikt’s team to provide analytics and quantitative analysis of game-changing product
What are the minimum qualifications?
- Detailed understanding of programming and software engineering fundamentals, ideally in an object-oriented language (Python)
- Quantitative skills with a Masters or PhD in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, statistics, econometrics,physics, quantitative finance, computer science)
- Expertise in relevant quantitative methodologies (e.g. data science, Monte Carlo simulations, probability theory)
- Minimum of two years working in a directly relevant role with a strong research background
