We are looking for a driven and rigorous Operations Manager who has great attention to detail and is exceptionally efficient at getting s**t done. As a small core team, everyone you work with will be exceptional and exceptional standards will be expected from you in return.

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining our operational structure and strategy in a rapidly evolving world. This means you’ll be accountable for ensuring Prdikt’s operational structure enables us to grow seamlessly. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring we operate at maximum efficiency as a team, taking on operational tasks associated with building Prdikt to ensure our growth, design, engineering and founding team are all free to focus on their core responsibilities.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Take responsibility for defining the operational structure of Prdikt to enable hyper-growth in a rapidly evolving environment
• Take ownership for operational tasks associated with building Prdikt, freeing up the rest of the team to focus on their core responsibilities
• Help ensure deadlines are hit, and targets are met, by helping keep teams get aligned on progress, outstanding actions and interdependencies between Prdikt teams
• Collaborate proactively with the rest of the Prdikt to transform novel ideas into game-changing businesses

What are the minimum qualifications?

• 3-5 years of experience in a directly transferable role
• Experience leading the delivery of operational aspects of an organisations structure
• A generalist skill set, allowing you to pick up and deliver on a wide range of different activities
• Exceptional academics and/or track record through your career to date
• Clear, concise communication with great attention to detail
