2**) Allow Apple Health data**

Prdikt uses your biomarkers (sleep, exercise, mindfulness, diet) to predict your Performance Capacity and determine when your key tasks and appointments should be scheduled during the week. The more data Prdikt has, the more precise PCP become.

Performance Capacity Prediction (PCP) allows you to work on the most important things at the right time when your intellectual and physical capacities are at their peak and significantly improve your productivity.

2**) Connect your calendar**

Using calendar integration, you can block focused work slots during predicted highest performance capacity times and dip slots to relax&refule or perform less critical activities.
